When Phyllis Potter of Islehaven Borzoi bred her Breeze to our Merkusha (MSBIS Am Can Ch Zabava Mercury, JC ROM-C*), the result was a beautiful litter of just two boys, including Am GCH Islehaven Camano. We all felt that the combination was a great one. So, when Breeze was to are bred again, Merkusha’s son Toby was selected to be her mate. The Tropical Island Litter was whelped and raised at Islehaven Borzoi. We signed on as co-breeders with Phyllis Potter, Islehaven Borzoi, and Patricia Wiseman of Ostrov Borzoi. We could not be happier with this colorful bunch of Borzoi. Three of them initially came to Zabava.
