MBIS MSBIS Am Ch Mariza Rising Star Forever* x SBOS Am Ch Falkenar Sunbarr Scitabria*
December 7, 1995 — December 23, 2004
Bred by Mary Fisher & Pat Toy (Mariza)
Owned by Irina Terra & Kristina Terra (Zabava)
Mitzka was one in a million. He was our first show dog in the United States, and even so, as complete unknowns, we handled him to Best Male Borzoi (All Breed System) and #2 Borzoi (Breed System, trailing #1, who was professionally shown by 40 points). His record speaks volume as to his quality. His pictures are worth one thousand words. Full dentition, scissors bite, high-set ears, excellent feet, gorgeous headpiece, perfect tail, and silky correct coat. Without question, his strongest side was movement – extended and balanced side gait and complete soundness: Mitzka had never put a paw down wrong. As far as his personality, he was a kind, smart and considerate companion. He was so in tune with his people emotionally, we will always miss Mitzka… Sleep well our beautiful angel.
