Figgie was such a character, he was a true court jester at Ostrov Borzoi. Figaro reminded us of his famous grandfather, MBIS MSBIS Am Ch Mariza Rising Star Forever. Figaro had a gorgeous head, full dentition, scissors bite, good reach and drive and a nicely carried tail. Figaro was 1st in the 6-9 Puppy Class at the Borzoi Club of California summer specialty show in Lompoc, California under breed specialist Dr. Fred Edlin (Ridgeside Borzoi). It was very difficult to keep any weight on Figgie, so his show career simply did not take off. It was only after he was fixed as a veteran, he became a chow hound and reached his ideal weight. Figaro and his litter sister, Am Ch Zabava Fabergé “Schmoo” were best friends. They had such a nice life with Patricia. Thank you Trish for taking such great care of “The Fools”.
