Listik was Irina’s favorite boy from the litter.  “Listik” means “Little Leaf” in Russian and it was his baby name because of his markings.  He was as sweet as they come, smiled and loved attention.  His unofficial nickname was the “Chair Monster” as he hogged the leather armchair in the living room to the point of it becoming his armchair.  Listik excelled in substance, soundness, open side gait, and beautiful expression.  He also had the perfect tail, high-set small ears, a wonderful front assembly, stallion neck, dark eyes, dark pigment, and tight feet.  We were thrilled when Cindi Gredys of Jubilee Hounds chose “Listik” as a mate for her gorgeous Dinah, the #1 Borzoi in the US and we were also honored with the opportunity to co-own two beautiful girls from the wonderful all-champion litter of five, Am Ch Zabava Jubilee Do-Re-Mi* “Liesl” and Am Ch Zabava Jubilee Edelweiss* “Marta”.  In 2020, Listik was the sire (by frozen semen) of the Ostrov Zabava K Litter out of MSBIS Am GCH Charivnycya Aleksandrit Favorit For Zabava Ostrov “Foxy”.  Frozen semen available to approved bitches.
